These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dollar Hustle LLC online store (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

This Site is operated by Dollar Hustle LLC (“Dollar Hustle,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

4) Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Dollar Hustle LLC. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time, including for suspected fraud, errors, or supply/fulfillment limitations.
Pricing and Errors
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders (with a refund) if needed.
Payment
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment is processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment processors.
5) Products and Print-on-Demand
Our products are ordered print-on-demand. You acknowledge that:
- Minor variations in color/print placement may occur due to printing processes and screen settings.
- Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the final item.
6) Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.
7) Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All sales are final because products are ordered print-on-demand, except as expressly stated for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
8) Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate shipping and contact information
- Use the Site lawfully
- Not attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or operation
- Not engage in fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or misuse of promotions
9) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including designs, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, images, and graphics) is owned by Dollar Hustle LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
10) Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant Dollar Hustle LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for store operations and marketing, unless prohibited by law.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
11) Pickleball Paddle Safety Disclaimer
If we sell pickleball paddles or other athletic/sporting goods, you acknowledge and agree:
- Sports involve inherent risks, including serious injury.
- You are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.
- Inspect equipment before use and discontinue use if damaged or unsafe.
- Use appropriate protective gear and follow all applicable rules and safety guidance.
- Dollar Hustle LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from misuse, failure to follow safety precautions, or participation in athletic activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Dollar Hustle LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Dollar Hustle LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dollar Hustle LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
