Everything is made to order: 2–7 business days to produce, then 3–5 business days to ship. Plan on about 1–2 weeks to your door. It runs longer in November and December.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to a U.S. address, no minimum. We ship within the U.S. only right now.

Because each item is made specifically for you, all sales are final and we can't exchange for size or color. If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days with photos and we'll replace it free.

Apparel is a standard unisex fit and runs true to size. If you're between sizes or like a relaxed look, go up one. Hats are one size with an adjustable snap closure.

Different products are made at different facilities, so hats, apparel and all-over-print items can ship separately, sometimes a few days apart. You're never charged extra for it.

Orders go into production quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once they're placed. If you need to fix an address or size, email us immediately and we'll do our best.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print or embroidery. Towels: wash before first use.
